Credit Recovery courses can be completed using a variety of modern computers and software. Specific courses may require additional software. The requirements for each course are noted in the course catalog and in the course itself. Any additional software will be free of charge and provided to you, or you will receive directions on how to obtain it.

||Courses use common media files such as .mp3, .m4v, and .mov. Students need software to open media files such as an updated version of Windows Media Player or QuickTime.
| Productivity Software
||Students need office productivity software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. This can be accomplished with software like Microsoft Office or Open Office. Alternatively, web-based tools like Google Docs or Zoho can also be used.
||Speakers and microphone or headset.

||56k modem required. DSL or cable modem recommended.
||SVGA monitor with a resolution of at least 800 x 600.
| Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
||RE v1.4.2, 1.5.x, 1.6.x are required to run the equation editor. JRE 1.6 update 13 is recommended.
